Critical Assessment of Techniques for Protein Structure Prediction (CASP) is a international contest for protein structure prediction. We participated the disorder prediction section, where 19 teams joined.

Our team (group 256) got second highest score in calculating ROC score, and Dr. Noguchi (our team leader) were invited to the conference as an expert panelist.
